Bar du Berceau des Sens, Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne

Realized in collaboration with the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, the aim is to connect the entrance, bar and restaurant areas and increase the number of seats.

The bar, the central element of the space, is highlighted by a natural oak counter and lighting. A large mirror has been applied behind the bar to increase the feeling of space and emphasize the work of the students and their practical arts lecturers.

Compact and ultra comfortable seating with mineral tones have been chosen. Three areas with sofas can accommodate small groups. The rest of the space is composed of duet armchairs for more intimate conversations.

The entrance has become a full moment of the experience of the Berceau des Sens experience. Extra seating has been added and portraits of past and present students adorn the walls, recalling that this place is primarily a learning lab.
